Founder & Principal
As Principal & Founder of Broadwing Development, Eric oversees the firm's development strategies while managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
Eric sources and directs acquisitions of new sites for ground-up development and redevelopment, while pursuing and preserving key relationships with the brokerage, tenant and finance communities.
Eric brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including over 20 years in ground-up development. His expertise spans investment strategy, site selection, acquisitions, and excess property disposition. He has helped multiple retailers expand their regional footprints by identifying strategic locations and guiding real estate decisions that support long-term growth.
